Tempeh Scramble
Serves 1
5 oz cubed tempeh
1/2 red bell pepper
1/4 red onion
1/4 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook all these together for a few minutes until veggies are slightly tender.
