2 grilled chicken breasts, diced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cups snow peas
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1/4 c. chicken broth
2 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
Cook all veggies until slightly softened (6 to 8 minutes) in sesame oil and chicken broth. Add soy sauce and serve over rice.
