Tangy Bean Salad

2 cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
4 stalks of celery, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp olive oil
lemon juice from 1 fresh squeezed lemon
salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper

Mix all of the ingredients together and let marinate for at least 20 minutes. This is good served with grilled fish or chicken or even just some homemade baked tortilla chips. Pin It
